Currently we only deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Our goods are sent to you via courier, with estimated delivery between 3-4 working days from dispatch. The cost of this service is £2.99 per order.
This service gives you the option to track your order. We will email you once your goods have been dispatched with your tracking number, which you can use on the MyHermes website to locate where your order currently is.
You have the option to select a ‘safe place’ where you would like your parcel to be left if you are unable to be in when the parcel is predicted to be delivered. You can also ask for it to be left with a neighbour if stated clearly in the ‘Delivery Notes’ box during your order. In the case that no extra information has been left regarding delivery, the parcel will need to be accepted by someone at the delivery address.
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are excluded from our courier service; therefore we will send orders via Royal Mail 1st Class for the same cost of £2.99.
Orders over £50 will receive free standard delivery via our courier service! This will be calculated automatically when you reach checkout. Promotions involving free delivery should also be deducted automatically – see terms and conditions of each promotion for full details.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation with your tracking number.
